We will not use identifiable customer swing videos, photographs, analyses, names, or testimonials for public promotional purposes unless the customer—or a parent or legal guardian when applicable—provides separate permission.

Promotional permission is optional and is not required to purchase a service or apply for coaching. If you previously provided permission and later wish to withdraw it for future use, contact us using the information below. Withdrawal will not necessarily affect material already lawfully published, distributed, or incorporated into completed content.

5. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

If you choose to receive marketing emails, we may send information about coaching, swing analysis, event appearances, content, or other services.

You may unsubscribe by using the link included in a marketing email or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may continue sending non-promotional messages related to purchases, applications, services, events, security, or other transactions.

We do not sell email addresses to mailing-list brokers.
