BUILT FOR SPEED

At 245.0 MPH ball speed and 172.5 MPH club speed, Sam Attanasio has pushed golf speed to a level few players in the world have ever reached.

But his expertise goes far beyond swinging hard. A former +3 handicap golfer and professional long drive competitor, Sam has competed alongside some of the fastest hitters in the world while developing a deep understanding of what actually creates speed in a golf swing.

With a master’s degree in exercise science, doctorate-level education, and expertise in neuromuscular performance and speed training, Sam combines high-level golf experience with the science of human performance.

The result is a different approach to speed—built from golf, science, and firsthand experience at the limits of human performance.

MORE THAN A FAST SWING

Speed is the result. Understanding how to create it is what matters.

Sam’s approach is built around a simple idea: every golfer has a different reason they aren’t swinging faster. For some, it’s technique. For others, it’s strength, mobility, sequencing, or the nervous system’s ability to produce speed. Most golfers don’t need more generic drills, they need to identify what is actually holding them back.

That’s where Sam’s background becomes different.

Rather than forcing golfers into one swing model or one training system, Sam combines golf performance, biomechanics, physical assessment, and neuromuscular speed training to find the individual limiting factors standing between a golfer and their potential.

The same expertise that drives Sam’s coaching also comes to life at live events. He gives people the opportunity to experience a level of golf performance rarely seen up close. World-record speed. 400+ yard drives. Golf balls traveling more than 50 MPH faster than even the fastest golfers on the PGA Tour.

It’s one thing to see those numbers on a screen. It’s another to stand behind the tee and experience them in-person.
